Reaching WTN takes four steps.
Download Tor Browser only from the official Tor Project site, verify the signature on the first install, and set the security level to Safest. A normal browser cannot open an onion address. WTN works fine at Safest, in both English and French.
Copy an address from the verified list, never type a fifty-six character string by hand. Open it, and before your password compare the address the login captcha prints against your bar. The onion is embedded in the captcha image and reprinted in the header, and both cues appear in both languages.
